Cape Town Conferencing with a View of Table Mountain

The central location of Cape Town Hollow Hotel makes it the perfect venue for the business traveller. The fully equipped conference venue situated within the hotel can accommodate up to 50 delegates in a relaxed and professional atmosphere with views of the Company’s Gardens and Table Mountain.

The venue is flooded with natural light during the day, welcoming in the mountain and garden views. Block out curtains allow excess light to be shut off for video presentations and when the data projector is in use.

With our conference venue, guests also enjoy the use of a registration room, secretarial services, photocopying, and e-mail facilities. Break sessions can be enjoyed out on the pool deck (weather permitting) and in our informal private business lounge area. All catering is done through our on-site restaurant, Eighty-Ate and the menu is available on request from the chef. Special menus and dietary requirements can be catered for.

Standard conference package facilities include notepads and pens, water and mint refreshments, a wall-mounted screen, wall-mounted whiteboards with markers, a flipchart with paper, microphones and speakers. A data projector with a VGA or HDMI connection and DVD connection is available for hire at an additional cost. What’s more photocopying, faxing and email facilities are at your disposal.
